IHH Islamic Relief Turkey has issued an invitation to tender for the rehabilitation of a blood bank centre located in the city of Douma, Rif Dimashq Governorate, as part of the organisation's humanitarian health activities in Syria.

Douma serves as the administrative capital of Rif Dimashq Governorate and is situated approximately ten kilometres northeast of Damascus, making it a key location for the delivery of health services to the surrounding population.
