The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Damascus Branch, has announced a domestic public tender under Announcement No. 4 for the year 2026, issued for the second time using the addition or deduction method. The contractual execution period is 150 days from the effective commencement date.

Estimated Value and Financial Guarantees

  • Estimated contract value: SYP 4,105,059 (four million, one hundred and five thousand, fifty-nine Syrian pounds and fifty piasters)
  • Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value
  • Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value
  • Tender dossier price: SYP 5,000

Bid Validity and Dossier Acquisition

Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of 60 days from the date of submission. The tender dossier may be obtained from the Damascus Branch, Legal Department, Contracts Division.

Submission and Bid Opening

Offers must be submitted to the Branch Registry located in Barzeh, opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. The bid-opening session will be held on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Offers must be submitted in person to the Registry of SEBCO Damascus Branch, located in Barzeh opposite the former Tishreen Military Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. The tender dossier is available for purchase from the Legal Department, Contracts Division, at a price of SYP 5,000.
