The Deir ez-Zor Governorate Electricity Directorate (General Electricity Company) has announced internal tender No. 10 of 2026. It is issued for the second time under the total-speed procedure, pursuant to Law No. 51 of 2004.

Tender Subject

The tender covers the construction of the Al-Bilharzia single transformer station in the city of Bukamal, using the sealed-envelope method (addition and deduction). Works follow the technical specifications book and the legal and financial conditions book attached to the notice.

Value and Deposits

• Estimated value: SYP 1,161,300.
• Initial deposit: SYP 58,065.
• Final deposit: 10% of the total contract value, payable within three days of award.
• Participation stamp fee: SYP 1,000, paid by the contractor at the Deir ez-Zor finance office, with the Directorate notified.

Duration and Penalties

The execution period is 50 calendar days, starting from the date the work site is handed over. The delay penalty is one per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total value.

Bid Validity

Bidders remain bound by their offers for three months from the day after the bid submission deadline. The shortlisted contractor remains bound for three months from the day after being notified of the award.
