The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Latakia Branch, has announced a second-round tender under full-speed procurement procedures for the maintenance of bridges B49 and B53 located on the Latakia-Ariha expressway.

Works are to be carried out in accordance with the applicable technical, legal, and financial conditions, as well as the bill of quantities attached to the tender dossier.

Financial and Contractual Terms

• Initial Guarantee: SYP 750,000.
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Execution Period: 30 calendar days from the commencement date or site handover, whichever is later.
• Bid Validity: 60 days.
• Dossier Price: SYP 5,000.

The branch office is situated on the Latakia-Aleppo highway at the eastern entrance to Latakia city.

Bids must be submitted in person to the Latakia Branch of the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), located on the Latakia-Aleppo highway at the eastern entrance to Latakia city, no later than the end of official working hours on Thursday, 23 April 2026.

Envelopes will be opened the following day at 10:00 a.m. at the same branch premises.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Legal Affairs Department, Contracts Division, at a cost of SYP 5,000.
