The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Deir ez-Zor Branch, has announced a first-round urgent sealed-envelope tender for the supply of bituminous waterproofing materials for use in construction works.

Tender Subject

The tender covers the supply of polyester-reinforced bituminous waterproofing membrane, 4mm thick on both sides, in a total quantity of 8,000 square metres. This material is a core component in waterproofing and thermal insulation applications for structural projects.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the bill of quantities value, payable in new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.
• Bid validity period: 60 days (sixty days).
• Delivery period: 30 days (thirty days) from contract award.

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Deir ez-Zor Branch, located on the first Damascus Road adjacent to the National Hospital, no later than the end of official working hours on Thursday, 22 June 2026.

The tender opening session will be held the following day at 12:00 noon.
