The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Tartus Branch, has announced a second-call tender under full urgency procedures for the supply and installation of an asphalt screen at Bamna Dam. The total scope covers a volume of 665 cubic metres and includes the application of a bituminous concrete coating together with the rubber membrane sheets required at all joint locations, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the special conditions booklet.
The preliminary estimated value of the works is SYP 23,200,000 (twenty-three million two hundred thousand new Syrian pounds). The provisional guarantee is set at SYP 1,160,000, while the final performance guarantee is fixed at 10% of the contract value.
Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of submission. The contractual execution period for all works is 40 calendar days from the date of the commencement order.
The special conditions booklet is available for purchase at a cost of SYP 3,000 from the SEBCO Tartus Branch office, located in the Janib al-Nufus area of Tartus city.
Offers must be submitted to the SEBCO Tartus Branch office no later than the end of business on Sunday, 14 June 2026. Bid opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 15 June 2026.
