The Syrian Arab Red Crescent has invited qualified companies and institutions to submit bids for tender no. 340, covering the rehabilitation of the operations room in the Red Crescent building in the Hilaliya City complex in Aleppo governorate.

Scope of Works

The project covers a combined package of technical works:

• Civil and architectural works
• Sanitary works
• Electrical works
• Mechanical works
• Installation of a solar energy system

The works span several engineering disciplines, which suits contractors able to cover these fields directly or in cooperation with specialised partners.

Bond and Execution Period

The tender conditions set the bond at SYP 713,000 (seven hundred and thirteen thousand new Syrian pounds), and an initial bond must accompany the bid.

The execution period is 45 calendar days, counted from the date the contractor receives the commencement order or takes over the work site, whichever is later.

Bid Deadline and Venue

The final deadline for submitting bids is 15 November 2026 at 12:00 noon Damascus time. Bids are delivered to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent headquarters in the Abu Rummaneh area of Damascus (the registry office).

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, and the summary of the conditions file specifies three sealed envelopes.
