Tender Subject

The General Electricity Company of Idlib Governorate announces a standard-speed tender, reference No. 4 (first announcement), to be awarded by addition or deduction method under the Fourth-Grade Electrical Works classification. The scope of work covers the rehabilitation of a 20 kV underground medium-voltage line intended to interconnect several ground distribution stations within the city of Maarat al-Numan, in accordance with the tender dossier, legal and technical conditions booklets, and the relevant engineering drawings.

Estimated Value and Guarantees

• Estimated Cost: SYP 4,910,325 (four million, nine hundred and ten thousand, three hundred and twenty-five Syrian pounds).
• Provisional Guarantee: 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to SYP 245,516.
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Execution Period: 50 days from the date of award.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements

Interested contractors must visit the Contracts Department to obtain the project dossier for a fee of SYP 3,000. Bidders are additionally required to submit a certificate issued by the Arab Advertising Corporation confirming their subscription to the official announcements bulletin for the year of tendering, along with all documents stipulated under Article 11 of Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004.

Bid Validity Period

Submitted bids shall remain binding for a period of three months starting from the day following the deadline for offer submission.
