• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Delay Penalty: 0.1% of the total contract value per day, capped at 20%

Execution and Commitment Periods

• Execution Period: Ninety calendar days
• Bidder and Nominated Contractor Commitment Period: Ninety calendar days
• Warranty Period: One full year from the date of provisional acceptance
