Tartus Governorate has announced a tender for an economic road paving project in the Baniyas area. The notice was issued under the total speed procedure (بالسرعة الكلية), and this is the second time the governorate has announced the tender.

Scope of Works

The project covers paving five roads in the Baniyas area, with a combined length of 2,370 metres. The roads included are:

• Tallet al-Shouk road in the village of Karmiya
• Al-Dardara road
• Al-Usaiba road
• Tairo road
• Namo al-Jard road

Estimated Value

The governorate set the estimated bill of quantities value for the project at SYP 18,920,452 (new Syrian pounds).

Bid Submission Deadline

Bids are to be submitted at the registry office (diwan) of the Technical Services Directorate, no later than the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
