The Syrian Petroleum Company has announced an internal request for bids to supply electrical panels serving the surface pumps on producing wells in the Deir ez-Zor fields. The notice is issued under file No. 131/2026/D, in line with Chapter Four of Law No. 51 of 2004.

Scope of Supply

The request covers two groups of items:

• Electrical panels for 400 KVA and 200 KVA transformer outputs, including capacitors.
• Electrical panels for starting 45 KW motors and 22 KW motors that run the surface pumps on producing wells.

According to the notice, the order can be split among bidders.

Delivery Location and Timeline

Delivery is to Deir ez-Zor governorate (Deir Ro department). The execution period is 90 days from the date of the commencement order, with supply made in batches.

The warranty runs for one full year from the date of initial receipt of the materials, and bids remain binding for 90 days starting the day after the closing date.

Financial Terms

• Initial bond: SYP 600,000.
• Final bond: 10% of the total award value.
• Tender document fee: SYP 1,000 in cash, paid to the cashier at the administration building.
• Payment method: as set out in the financial and legal terms booklet.

The notice does not state an estimated value for the order.

Eligibility and Deadline

Bids are accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Offers are submitted to the company's registry in Damascus (Dummar Project, Expansion Square, Island 19, Building 32).

Bidders must provide a certified subscription certificate for the official announcements bulletin. Matters not covered by the notice are governed by the Contracts Regulation under Law No. 51 of 2004, the file-specific terms booklet, and the general terms booklet issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004.
