The Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management has announced an expedited, second-call tender for rehabilitation and restoration works at centers belonging to its Southern Directorate, governed by dedicated technical, legal and financial terms of reference. The tender carries two reference numbers, 26-MEDM-so-0004653 and 26-MEDM-so-0004724.
The estimated value for the complete works was set at SYP 27,084,488. The temporary bid bond for the entire tender was fixed at SYP 1,354,500, while separate bonds apply to sectors not yet awarded:
The final performance bond equals 10 percent of the contract value, and bids must be submitted in new Syrian pounds only.
Bidders must keep their offers valid for sixty calendar days from the day following the submission deadline, while the selected contractor's offer remains binding for ninety calendar days from the date of award notification. The execution period is set at sixty calendar days from the date of the work order and handover of the site, whichever is later.

The deadline for submitting bids is the end of business on September 13, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the following day, September 14, 2026.
