Tender Scope

The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Suwayda has announced a domestic sealed-envelope tender for water pipeline works using polyethylene pipes of various diameters in Suwayda city. The works are to follow the special conditions prepared for this purpose.

The tender carries reference number 165191, and the notice was published on 13 October 2026.

Value and Duration

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 9,270,823.
• Execution period: fifty calendar days.
• Initial deposit: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final deposit: 10% of the award value.

Bidder Classification

Bidders must be classified under the contractor classification system issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, in the specialisation of water and sewage networks and dams.

The accepted grades are Excellent, First, Second, Third and Fourth.

Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 8 November 2026. Offers will be opened in a public session in the presence of bidders on Monday, 9 November 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
