Procurement Objective

Islamic Relief Syria invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to submit proposals for the supply of new production lines and electrical generators for bakeries inside Syria. This procurement aims to enhance bread production capacity and ensure continuous operations.

Equipment Requirements

Production Lines:

• Automated bread production lines with capacity 500-1000 loaves/hour
• Dough mixers (industrial capacity: 50-100 kg per batch)
• Dough dividers and rounders
• Proofing chambers with humidity and temperature control
• Industrial ovens (gas or electric, 3-5 deck capacity)
• Cooling conveyors and packaging stations

Generators:

• Diesel generators: 100-250 kVA capacity
• Automatic transfer switch (ATS)
• Fuel tank with minimum 500L capacity
• Noise reduction enclosure
• Digital control panel with remote monitoring

Technical Specifications

• All equipment must be new (not refurbished)
• CE or equivalent international certification
• Voltage: 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz
• Installation manuals in English and Arabic
• Spare parts availability guarantee (minimum 5 years)
• Compliance with food safety standards (ISO 22000 preferred)

Supplier Qualifications

• Authorized dealer or manufacturer with valid registration
• Experience in supplying similar equipment (minimum 3 projects)
• Technical support and after-sales service capability
• Warranty period: minimum 2 years for production lines, 3 years for generators

• Company profile and manufacturer authorization letter
• Detailed technical specifications and datasheets
• Price quotation including delivery, installation, and training
• Equipment certificates and compliance documents
• Warranty terms and conditions
• Delivery timeline and logistics plan
• List of previous clients with contact references

Delivery Terms: CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) to designated locations inside Syria. Supplier responsible for customs clearance and transportation.

Payment Terms: 30% advance, 60% upon delivery and installation, 10% after successful commissioning.
