Aga Khan Foundation Syria has issued Announcement No. 82, reference AKF/082/26, inviting licensed economic operators registered in the Syrian Arab Republic to submit price offers for the supply of various safety and medical items to its warehouses in Salamiyah, Hama Governorate.

Scope of Supply

The required items fall under the following categories:

• Bags, pouches, helmets, stretchers, and protective suits
• Rescue equipment
• Safety equipment
• Medical equipment

All bidding companies must hold valid operating licenses in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Obtaining Tender Documents

Tender documents are available via the dedicated electronic link provided in the announcement. Queries may be submitted exclusively through the official inquiry link during working hours, Sunday through Thursday. The deadline for receiving inquiries is 10 August 2026, after which responses will be issued through a shared drive link.

Submission Methods

Suppliers may submit their offers through one of two methods:

• Electronically: Upload all required files in a single password-protected folder via the designated submission link. The folder must contain tender documents and the financial offer in two separate sub-folders.
• In person: Deliver the required licenses and sealed financial offer by hand to the reception desk at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas Ibn Malik Street, behind the SADCOP fuel station.

Bid Opening Session

A public bid-opening session will be held on 16 August 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bidders may attend in person, send a representative, or join remotely via the online link that is automatically generated upon uploading tender files. Financial offers submitted without password protection will be disqualified.

Issuance of this announcement does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Foundation toward any bidder. The Foundation reserves the right to extend or cancel the announcement. Payment will be made exclusively by bank transfer to accounts not subject to international sanctions.
