How to Apply
Submitted by hand to the Ministry's registry (Diwan) or sent via registered mail.
Purchase the tender dossier from the General Registry (available until 24-03-2026). The bid must be submitted in three envelopes (1st: documents and guarantees, 2nd: technical offer, 3rd: financial offer). All three must be placed in a fourth sealed envelope clearly labeled with the entity's name, tender number/subject, and bidder's details. Deliver to the Ministry's registry (Damascus - Baramkeh, Tishreen Sports City, next to Al-Sham Private University).
