The Aga Khan Foundation (Syria) has issued tender notice AKF/092/26, addressed to licensed economic operators registered in the Syrian Arab Republic, seeking competitive price offers for the supply and installation of a complete solar energy system at its office in Tartus.
The required works cover the full supply and on-site installation of a solar energy system at the Aga Khan Foundation's Tartus office. A site visit is a mandatory prerequisite for participation. Interested bidders must register their contact details via the designated online form no later than Monday, 24 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m., after which visit appointments will be communicated individually.
Bidders may submit technical questions through the dedicated enquiry link until the end of Thursday, 27 August 2026. Responses will be published exclusively in a shared online folder, which participants are advised to monitor regularly.
Offers may be submitted by either of two methods:
A public bid-opening session will be held on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Foundation's Salamiyah building. Bidders may attend in person, send an authorised representative, or join remotely via the online link provided upon submission.
Payment will be made exclusively by bank transfer to an account not subject to international sanctions. Bidders are advised to consult their chosen bank regarding withdrawal limits before submitting an offer. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Foundation, which reserves the right to extend or cancel the tender at any time.

Offers may be submitted electronically by uploading all required files in a single password-protected folder via the designated online link, or in person in a sealed envelope delivered to the reception desk at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas ibn Malik Street, behind the SADCOP fuel station, before 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. A site visit is mandatory; registration must be completed by Monday, 24 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
