The notice invites licensed economic operators registered in the Syrian Arab Republic to submit competitive price offers for the supply and installation of agricultural plastic greenhouses and agricultural solar energy systems across two rural sites.

Scope of Work and Locations

The required works cover the delivery and installation of plastic greenhouse structures alongside solar-powered agricultural systems at the following locations:

• Village of Sawran, rural Hama Governorate
• Village of Al-Bajaa, rural Damascus Governorate

Tender Documents and Technical Inquiries

Interested parties may obtain the full tender documents via the designated online link provided in the announcement. Technical inquiries must be submitted through a separate electronic form. The deadline for submitting inquiries is end of day Monday, 3 August 2026. Responses will be published on a shared drive link that bidders are advised to monitor regularly.

Submission Methods

Bidders may submit their offers through one of two methods:

• Electronically: Upload all required files in a single password-protected folder, with licenses in one sub-folder and the financial offer in a separate sub-folder, via the designated submission link.
• In person: Deliver the required licenses and the sealed financial offer envelope to the reception desk at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas Ibn Malik Street, behind the SADCOP fuel station, before the submission deadline.

Bid Opening Session and Key Notes

A public bid opening session will be held on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Foundation's premises in Salamiyah. Bidders may attend in person or join remotely via the online link automatically generated upon file upload, provided they transmit their financial offer password during the session. Payment is exclusively by bank transfer to an account not subject to international sanctions. The Foundation reserves the right to extend or cancel this announcement without incurring any obligation toward bidders.

Offers may be submitted electronically by uploading all required files in a single password-protected folder via the designated link, or in person by delivering a sealed envelope to the reception desk at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas Ibn Malik Street, behind the SADCOP fuel station, before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.
