Syria's General Authority for Supply has announced a tender to supply and install a solar power system for the central administration building affiliated with the Ministry of Energy, represented by the General Establishment of Geology and Mineral Resources. Location and Timeline

The delivery site is the central administration building located in Adra, at the Hafir junction, in Rif Dimashq governorate. The authority set a 21-calendar-day execution period starting from the date of the work order, while bidders must keep their offers valid for 60 calendar days from the day following the submission deadline.

Financial Terms

• Initial guarantee: SYP 350,000
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value
• Delay penalty: 0.001 of the materials value per day of delay, capped at 20% of the contract value
• Tender document price: USD 50, payable via Sham Cash

Submission Procedure

Bids must be submitted in three separate envelopes placed inside one sealed and signed outer envelope, addressed to the Authority and marked with the tender number and date. The first envelope must contain supporting documents and the initial guarantee receipt, the second the technical offer, and the third the financial offer. Bids lacking the initial guarantee receipt in the first envelope will be rejected.

Tender documents are available at the Authority's office in the former General Establishment of Free Zones building, opposite the General Authority of Ports and Customs in Damascus. Bids must be delivered by hand to the same office, with the submission deadline ending at close of official business hours on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
