The tender covers the installation of a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy system and the rehabilitation and re-equipping of a drinking water well in the village of Al-Malou'a, Tartus Governorate.

The project encompasses two main components: the full installation of a photovoltaic solar energy system and the rehabilitation of an existing drinking water well at the same site, in accordance with the tender's specific terms of reference. Bidders may attend in person or join remotely via an online link that is automatically generated upon file submission. Remote participants must transmit their financial offer password during the live session; failure to do so will result in disqualification of the bid.

Issuance of this announcement does not constitute any obligation on the part of AKF toward any bidder. AKF reserves the right to extend or cancel the announcement. Payment will be made exclusively via bank transfer to an account not subject to international sanctions.
