The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Quneitra has announced a local tender, issued for the second time in 2026, for the project of equipping the Tarnaja well with photovoltaic (solar) power. The notice carries reference number 88458, and the works are to follow the technical specification documents prepared for the project.

Scope and Duration

The tender covers supplying the Tarnaja well with a photovoltaic power system. The execution period is set at 45 days, and the delay penalty is one per thousand for each day of delay.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for 60 days.

Guarantees and Fees

• Initial guarantee: 248,500 Syrian pounds.
• Provisional guarantee fee: 500 Syrian pounds.
• Tender dossier price: 1,500 Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value, payable within ten days of the announcement that the tender has been awarded to the bidder.

Bidder Requirements
