The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Idlib Governorate has announced an expedited (full-speed) tender, issued for the second time, for a solar power installation project at the Al-Lajj Fourth water station. The notice carries the reference number 178374.

Scope of the Tender

The project covers the installation of a solar power system at the Al-Lajj Fourth water station. The company has set the execution period at 60 days, starting from the date of the commencement order it issues.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 30,830,247.
• Provisional guarantee: SYP 1,540,000.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value.
• Late penalty: not less than one per thousand (0.001) for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total contract value.

Eligibility Requirements

Contractors must be in the fourth class or higher, with a specialisation in electrical and mechanical works. Bidders remain bound by their offers for 30 days, counted from the day after the final submission date.
