Al-Sharqliyya Municipality, located in the western countryside of Homs Governorate, has announced a public tender under the sealed-bid method for the maintenance and replacement of the sewer line serving the northern district of Al-Sharqliyya village, as part of its 2026 infrastructure works programme.

The estimated project value stands at SYP 695,170, with a contract execution period of 30 days from the date of award. The tender dossier is available for purchase at a cost of SYP 2,000.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Initial Security Deposit: 5% of the estimated value, payable via a certified cheque endorsed to the order of Al-Sharqliyya Municipality, or a bank guarantee.
• Final Performance Bond: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Delay Penalties: 0.1 per mille (0.1%) of the contract value per day of delay.
• Bid Validity Period: 90 days from the date of submission.
