Al-Rastan City Council announces, for the first time, a sealed-envelope tender for the execution of a project involving the maintenance and replacement of sewer lines across various streets within the municipal boundaries of Al-Rastan, Homs Governorate.
The estimated survey value of the project is set at 1,497,470 Syrian Pounds (SYP). Bidders are required to submit an initial guarantee equivalent to 5% of the survey value, while the final performance guarantee is set at 10% of the awarded contract value.
The project execution period is set at 30 days from the date of contract award. Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of 90 days commencing from the date of bid opening.
Al-Rastan City Council is a municipal government body operating under Homs Governorate. It is responsible for delivering public services to the city of Al-Rastan, located approximately 25 kilometers north of Homs city. Al-Rastan is the third largest city in the governorate by population.

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Registry of Al-Rastan City Council no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 29 July 2026. The tender dossier may be purchased from the Council offices at a price of 2,000 SYP. Bids will be opened on the following day.
