Talkalkh City Council in Homs Governorate has announced a sealed-envelope tender, conducted on a lump-sum basis, for the rehabilitation, maintenance, and replacement of sewage network lines within the council's operational area.

The scope of works covers the rehabilitation of existing sewage lines, routine and corrective maintenance, and the replacement of damaged or deteriorated sections, with the aim of improving the overall efficiency of the city's sanitation infrastructure.

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the secretariat of Talkalkh City Council no later than the end of official working hours on Monday, 4 May 2026, accompanied by all required supporting documents.

The initial security deposit of 62,500 SYP must be attached in the form of a certified cheque, bank guarantee, or bank transfer.

The tender dossier may be obtained from the council secretariat upon payment of the dossier fee of 1,500 SYP.

Envelope opening will take place the following day at 10:00 AM.
