Khalfa Municipality, located within Homs Governorate, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the execution of sewage network maintenance and replacement works within the town's boundaries. The procurement follows standard procedures applicable to local public authorities in Syria.
The survey value of the works is set at 994,500 new Syrian pounds. Bidders are required to submit an initial security deposit of 5% of the survey value, while the final performance bond is set at 10% of the awarded contract value.
