Safita City Council, in the Tartus Governorate, has announced a public sealed-envelope tender for the first time, covering the milling and repaving of multiple road sections within the city limits, in accordance with the project's technical specifications dossier.
The works encompass the removal of existing asphalt layers and the laying of new pavement across several road connections within Safita. The estimated project value is 2,990,550 new Syrian pounds, with a contract execution period of 45 days from the date of award.
Sealed offers must be submitted to the registry of Safita City Council no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 2 August 2026. Envelopes will be opened the following day at 10:00 AM at the Council's premises.
Interested parties may review the project dossier at the Council's accounting office upon payment of a non-refundable dossier fee of 2,000 new Syrian pounds.
