Jineneh Raslan Municipality, located in Tartus Governorate, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the implementation of road maintenance, paving, and asphalting works in the Marah Al-Sahl area and various connecting roads within the municipality's jurisdiction.

Estimated Value and Guarantee Conditions

The estimated project value is set at 1,515,183 Syrian Pounds (SYP), with a contract execution period of 30 days from the date of award. The financial conditions are as follows:

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated project value
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Delay penalty: one per thousand (0.1%) for each day of delay
• Tender dossier purchase price: 5,000 SYP

Bid Validity Period

Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of 15 days from the date of submission. The contractor is responsible for covering all announcement publication costs.

Submission Requirements

Offers must be submitted along with all required supporting documents and financial guarantees, in the form of a certified cheque, bank guarantee, or treasury receipt, and delivered to the municipality's registry during official working hours.

Interested parties may visit the municipality premises during official working hours to review the conditions booklet and purchase the tender dossier prior to the submission deadline.

Offers must be submitted to the registry of Jineneh Raslan Municipality in a sealed envelope, accompanied by all required supporting documents and financial guarantees (certified cheque, bank guarantee, or treasury receipt), no later than the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. Envelopes will be opened at the municipality premises at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 25 June 2026.
