The municipality of Ras al-Khashufah, located in the Safita District of Tartus Governorate, has issued Tender No. 230 via sealed envelope for the asphalting of a regulated road in the Beit al-Dakhil quarter (Haffa and Ashiqa sections).

The estimated project value is SYP 1,998,495, with a contract execution period of 60 days from the date of award.

Financial Conditions

• Tender dossier fee: SYP 10,000
• Preliminary guarantee: 5% of the estimated value, payable by certified cheque or bank guarantee
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Bid validity period: 30 days

Technical Requirements

• The awarded contractor must designate a resident engineer to supervise works on a daily basis
• All bids must be accompanied by the required supporting documentation

Bids must be submitted in person to the municipality office of Ras al-Khashufah, accompanied by all required supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Monday, 4 May 2026. Envelopes will be opened on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 at 10:00 AM.
