The General Company for Electricity of Rif Dimashq Governorate has announced a public tender (No. 130) for the implementation of medium and low voltage networks and the fitting out of transformer stations in areas under the Sayyida Zainab electricity division, awarded on the basis of the attached unit price schedule.

Scope of Works

The project covers the construction and expansion of medium and low voltage networks, along with the equipping of electrical transformer stations in the areas supervised by the Sayyida Zainab electricity division, in accordance with the legal, financial and technical specifications and drawings included in the tender file.

Value and Guarantees

  • Estimated project value: SYP 1,490,000.
  • Required bid bond: SYP 74,500.
  • Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
  • Implementation period: 365 days.

Participation Requirements

Interested bidders must obtain the tender file from the Contracts Department for a fee of SYP 3,000. Bidders are also required to submit a classification certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction, of the fourth or fifth category in the electrical specialty, and remain bound by their offer for three months from the day following the submission deadline.

Bids must be submitted to the office of the Rif Dimashq Electricity Authority by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. The tender session will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
