The General Electricity Company's Rif Dimashq branch has announced tender number 129 for a project to build medium-voltage outlets and rehabilitate overhead and underground electrical networks across the governorate, using the lump-sum or unit-price discount method against the estimated schedule.

Scope of Work

The project covers the construction of medium-voltage outlets alongside rehabilitation works for both overhead and underground distribution networks, in line with the bill of quantities and prices set out in the tender file, which also includes the legal, financial, and technical conditions along with the engineering drawings.

Participation Requirements

Companies wishing to bid must obtain the tender file from the Contracts Department at the Rif Dimashq electricity authority for a fee of 3,000 SYP. Bidders must also submit a classification certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction and Building in the electrical category (fourth or fifth class), and bids remain binding for three months starting the day after the submission deadline.
