Contractor Requirements

• The contractor must appoint a supervising engineer before receiving the commencement order.
• No offer will be accepted without a valid contractor classification certificate authorising submission for this type of project.
• The contractor bears all costs related to publication fees.

Offers must be submitted to the offices of Al-Abadeh Municipal Council, accompanied by all required supporting documents and a financial receipt of SYP 25,000 representing the tender dossier fee, no later than the close of official working hours on Monday, 3 August 2026.
