Relief International (RI) has issued a request for quotations (RFQ) inviting qualified suppliers to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation works at two primary healthcare centres (PHCs) in rural Aleppo.

Scope of Works

The call covers three work streams at each centre:

• Comprehensive infrastructure rehabilitation.
• Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services.
• Electrical systems.

The works are to be carried out according to the files attached to the call, which contain the specifications and technical details that suppliers are asked to review in full before submitting an offer.

Project Sites

• Al-Arimah PHC (Al-Bab District).
• Ash-Shuyukh Al-Fawqani PHC (Ain Al-Arab District).

Both centres are in rural Aleppo and are covered by a single RFQ.

Offers must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Place of Submission

Offers are delivered to the Relief International office (Procurement Department) in Idlib, Al-Qusour neighbourhood, north of Al-Jarra roundabout, about 200 metres away, next to Action for Humanity.

The organisation requires the offer to be submitted in a sealed, closed envelope before the deadline, in compliance with all specifications and requirements in the RFQ documents.
