Project Overview

The Syrian Grain Corporation announces an internal tender using the join-and-deduct method for the rehabilitation of residential buildings at Ghazlaniyah Mill according to technical specifications document No. 585/26/4/1 dated 24/11/2025.

Scope of Work

Rehabilitation works for residential buildings in Ghazlaniyah Mill as per approved technical specifications.

Financial Details

• Preliminary Guarantee: 1,304,804 SYP (must be submitted as certified check or transfer to Central Bank of Syria account No. 471531224339)
• Document Fee: 1,000 SYP payable at the Institution's cashier
• Guarantee Stamps Fee: 575 SYP (fiscal stamp / rebuilding / local administration)
• Final Guarantee: 10% of total contract value

Execution Period

The contract execution period is set at 4 calendar months from the day following the notification of work commencement order or site handover, whichever is later.

Submission Requirements

• All offers must include the preliminary guarantee
• Offers without the guarantee will be rejected
• Bidder commitment period: 30 days from the day following the submission deadline
• Successful bidder commitment: 30 days from notification of award

Submission Location

Submit offers to the Institution's office located in Barzeh, Damascus, opposite Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, next to the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection.
