Scope of Works

Tender no. 310 covers the rehabilitation of Rawd al-Wahsh well no. 8 and its ancillary facilities. The well belongs to the General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Homs Governorate. The required works include:

• Excavation and leveling works.
• Equipping the well.
• Installing a pump.
• Electrical and mechanical connections.
• A power generation set.

Issuing Authority

Financial Terms and Duration

• Deposit (insurance): 1,750,000 new Syrian pounds.
• Performance bond: 15%.
• Warranty period: one year.
• Execution period: 60 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the commencement order or the site handover date, whichever is later.

Submission Deadline

Offers are due by 12:00 noon on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the registry of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent head office in Abu Rummaneh, Damascus. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
