Tender Scope

The General Authority for Water Resources has launched internal tender No. 76361 for the rehabilitation of pumping station PS 18 (known as Rawdu), which forms part of the Phase Two pumping group at Mashqita Dam in Latakia Governorate. Works shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal, financial, and technical conditions, as well as the Unified Contracts System issued under Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Booklet issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

  • Provisional guarantee: SYP 500,000 (five hundred thousand Syrian pounds)
  • Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value
  • Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
  • Delay penalties: 0.001 of the total contract value per day of delay, not to exceed 20% of the total commitment value

Execution Period and Bid Validity

The execution period is set at 60 days from the date of award. Bidders are bound by their offers for 90 days following the final submission deadline.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Contracts and Supply Directorate of the General Authority for Water Resources, against a fee of SYP 500.
