ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), through its offices in Idlib and Aleppo, has announced a tender for rehabilitation and restoration works at six health centers located across Idlib and Aleppo governorates. The initiative forms part of the organization's broader humanitarian programming aimed at restoring essential health services in conflict-affected communities.

Scope of Works and Target Groups

The tender is structured into three geographic lots as follows:

  • Lot 1: Rehabilitation and restoration of Urum al-Jawz, Ablein, and Sarmeen health centers in Idlib Governorate.
  • Lot 2: Rehabilitation and restoration of Tal Adah, Bahouri, and Malis health centers in Idlib Governorate.
  • Lot 3: Rehabilitation and restoration of Al-Bawabiyeh health center in Aleppo Governorate.

Pre-Bid Information Session

A pre-bid information session will be held on 23 July 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time at ACTED's offices in both Aleppo and Idlib. The precise office addresses will be shared upon receipt of the tender documents. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. A written summary of all questions raised by bidders will be circulated on 26 July 2026.
