SMART Foundation for Community Development has announced a call for bids for the rehabilitation of five schools in Tel Hamis, a town in northeastern Hasakah Governorate, Syria. How to Apply
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes placed by hand in the tender box at one of SMART Foundation's two offices: the Raqqa office (Al-Badu neighbourhood) or the Qamishli office (Al-Siyahi neighbourhood, west of the municipal stadium). Only the tender reference number 2026-RRMTH-003 should be written on the sealed envelope. The submission package must include: the signed and stamped price quotation with all five bills of quantities, the signed and stamped selection criteria and technical specifications, and evidence of relevant prior experience.
