Tender Subject

The General Company for Electricity of Homs Governorate has announced an internal tender for 2026 covering the rehabilitation works of the electricity substation located behind the Abu Zeid Quarter (Karyet Abu Zeid), in accordance with the company's approved legal, financial, and technical specifications.

Estimated Value and Securities

The estimated project value is set at 753,818 new Syrian pounds. The provisional security deposit amounts to 37,690 new Syrian pounds, while the final security is fixed at 10% of the awarded contract value.

Execution Conditions and Classification

The project execution period is fifty calendar days. Bidders must hold a fifth or sixth-grade classification in electrical works. Delay penalties are set at 0.001 (one per thousand) of the total contract value per day of delay.

Bid Validity Period

Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of ninety days, commencing the day following the deadline for offer submission.

Project Dossier

Interested parties may obtain the project dossier from the company's Contracts Department upon payment of a fee of 1,000 new Syrian pounds.

Offers must be submitted in person to the General Registry of the company, accompanied by all required supporting documents, no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 2 August 2026. The tender session will be held on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the company's premises.
