The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Quneitra has announced a second local tender for 2026 to carry out the project of equipping the new Ain al-Qadi well with photovoltaic power, in line with the technical specification documents prepared for it. The notice carries the reference number 88463.

Scope of the Tender

The project covers equipping the new well with a photovoltaic power system, with works to be completed within 45 days. Bidders remain bound by their offers for 60 days.

Guarantees and Fees

• Initial guarantee: 171,500 new Syrian pounds.
• Provisional guarantee fee: 500 Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value, payable within ten days of the tender being awarded.
• Tender file price: 1,500 Syrian pounds.
• Late-delivery penalty: one per thousand for each day of delay.

Bidder Requirements

• The bidder must be properly classified.
• The bidder must specialise in this type of work and provide a certificate, endorsed by an official body, showing that similar works were carried out satisfactorily.
• Offers must be submitted in person or through an official power of attorney.
• The financial offer must be typed, with amounts given in both figures and words.

Dates and Governing Rules

The last date for submitting offers is Sunday, 15 November 2026, until 14:00, at the registry office of the company located in the Service District (Al-Hayy al-Khidmi). Offers are opened on the next official working day at 10:00.

The notice is governed by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions issued under Decree No. 450. Any offer that does not comply with the notice conditions will be rejected.
