The General Establishment of Hijaz Railway (GEHR) is pleased to announce a significant investment opportunity for local entrepreneurs and businesses. This tender invites public bidding for the investment and operation of 11 commercial shops strategically located in the heart of Daraa’s commercial district, specifically on Martyrs Street (Phase 2).

This project is part of a broader urban development initiative to revitalize commercial activities in Daraa Governorate. Each shop offers a standardized floor area of 11 square meters, providing an ideal space for retail outlets, specialized services, or small business offices

The auction process is scheduled across three separate sessions to ensure an organized bidding environment:

• Session 1 (May 3, 2026): For shops numbered (4, 5, 6, 8) in Block 5.
• Session 2 (May 5, 2026): For shops numbered (14, 15, 16, 17) in Block 5.
• Session 3 (May 8, 2026): For shops numbered (18, 19, 20) in Block 5.

The final deposit is 10% for the entire contract period. Those wishing to participate in the auction must be present at the Daraa station at 8:00 AM and pay 1157 Syrian Pounds (new Syrian currency) as a fee for the auction participation stamp and 575 Syrian Pounds (new Syrian currency) as a temporary guarantee stamp fee, in addition to the temporary deposits.
