The Jableh Awqaf Division has announced a first-round public auction for the lease of a residential apartment with adjoining land, forming part of Property No. 401 in the Kafardibil area. The announcement follows Local Council Decision No. 42, dated 7 April 2026.

The property is located on the ground floor and has a total area of 500 square metres. The opening monthly rental bid is set at USD 50, with an initial security deposit of USD 200 and a final security deposit of USD 500.

The auction is governed by the Contracts Regulation issued under Law No. 51 of 2004, Law No. 20 of 2015, the General Conditions Booklet issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004, Law No. 31 of 2018, and the applicable Special Conditions Booklet.

All taxes, municipal fees, financial charges, and advertising costs shall be borne by the lessee. Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of sixty days commencing the day following the offer submission deadline.

Interested parties must visit the Jableh Awqaf Division office during official working hours to obtain the Special Conditions Booklet at a cost of SYP 1,000.

Participation requests must be submitted at the Jableh Awqaf Division premises no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 May 2026. The auction will commence at 11:00 a.m. on the same day.
