Baniyas City Council, in Tartus Governorate, has announced a first-round public auction for a project involving the construction and occupation of six commercial kiosks within the city limits. The project is governed by the applicable technical, financial, and legal conditions booklet, as well as the dedicated technical specifications document covering the kiosks and their designated locations.
The Council has set the following financial guarantees for participation:
Bidding will be conducted on the basis of the annual occupation fee. Bidders remain bound by their submitted offers for thirty days from the date the auction is awarded. The tender dossier is available for review at the Contracts Division of Baniyas City Council upon payment of a SYP 5,000 fee, during official working hours.
The awarded occupant will hold the kiosks for a period of five full years commencing from the auction award date.
Interested parties must submit all required identification and supporting documents as specified in the conditions booklet, along with the provisional deposit, to the registry of Baniyas City Council no later than the time designated for the opening of the auction session.

Interested bidders must submit their required identification documents as specified in the conditions booklet, together with the provisional deposit of SYP 15,000, in person at the registry of Baniyas City Council no later than 11:00 AM on Thursday, 18 June 2026, the designated time for the opening of the public auction session. The tender dossier may be purchased from the Contracts Division for SYP 5,000 during official working hours.
