The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Suwayda has announced an internal sealed-envelope tender for the execution of polyethylene water pipeline works of various diameters at the Al-Qarya Economic Unit, in line with the special conditions prepared for the purpose.

Tender Scope

The tender covers the installation of polyethylene water lines of different diameters within the Al-Qarya Economic Unit in Suwayda governorate. It is an internal tender submitted in sealed envelopes and governed by the company's special conditions.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 5,110,080.
• Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value.
• Execution period: fifty calendar days.

Dates and Validity Periods

Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 9 December 2026. Offers will be opened in a public session in the presence of bidders on Thursday, 10 December 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for sixty days from the day after the submission period closes at the company's registry. The nominated contractor remains bound for ninety days from the day after being notified of the award.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bidders must be classified under the contractor classification system issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, in the specialization of water and sewage networks and dams, at grade five or six.
• Any offer exceeding SYP 1,000,000 is rejected unless accompanied by a subscription certificate to the Official Announcements Bulletin.
• The special conditions booklet is sold for SYP 1,000 and is available from the company's contracting department.
