The Syrian General Insurance Corporation has announced a first-round sealed-bid tender for the supply and installation of a photovoltaic (solar) energy system at its branch in Hama. The procurement is governed by Contracts Law No. 51 of 2024 and the technical, legal, and financial terms of reference prepared by the Corporation.
The estimated contract value is 1,150,575 Syrian Pounds (SYP). Bidders are required to provide the following financial guarantees:
Any bid submitted without the provisional guarantee receipt in Envelope One will be automatically disqualified.
The contract term is one calendar year, commencing the day after receipt of the work commencement order. Bidders are bound by their offers for three months from the day following written contract referral, with the same obligation applying to the nominated contractor.

The outer envelope must be addressed to the Corporation and clearly reference the tender number and date. The tender dossier (daftar) is available for purchase at a fee of 1,000 SYP.

How to Apply
Bids must be submitted in a sealed outer envelope containing two inner envelopes: Envelope One for supporting documents and the provisional guarantee receipt, and Envelope Two for the financial offer. The outer envelope should be delivered to the Hama Branch Office (City Roundabout, second floor, opposite Al-Hasanain Mosque) or the Damascus Office (opposite Al-Sufara Cinema), no later than the end of official working hours on Monday, 3 August 2026.
