The Aga Khan Foundation (Syria) has issued Announcement No. 83, reference AKF/083/26, calling for price offers from qualified contractors and licensed engineering firms to execute a pedestrian bridge construction project in the city of Talbisah, Homs Governorate, in accordance with the project's terms of reference.
The Aga Khan Foundation is an international non-governmental organization operating across Syria in the fields of infrastructure and humanitarian services. The project site is located in Talbisah, a city in Homs Governorate. A site visit is mandatory for all bidders wishing to participate.
The tender is open to licensed contractors and engineering firms registered in the Syrian Arab Republic. Interested parties must register their contact details through the designated online form to arrange the mandatory site visit, which must be completed no later than Monday, 10 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
Technical inquiries may be submitted through a dedicated online link. The deadline for receiving inquiries is Thursday, 13 August 2026. Responses will be published exclusively via a shared online folder, which bidders are advised to monitor regularly.
A public bid opening session will be held on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas ibn Malik Street, behind the Sadcop fuel station. Bidders may attend in person or participate remotely via the online link provided upon submission of tender files.

Bids may be submitted in one of two ways: electronically by uploading password-protected tender files (licenses, technical offer, and financial offer in separate folders) via the designated online form, or in person by delivering a sealed envelope to the reception desk at the Aga Khan Foundation building in Salamiyah, Anas ibn Malik Street, behind the Sadcop fuel station, before the deadline of Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 12:00 noon. A site visit is mandatory and must be registered no later than 10 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
