The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Homs Branch, has announced a first-round sealed-bid tender for the investment concession covering the operation and maintenance of an asphalt plant situated on the Homs-Masyaf road at the entrance to Qazhal.

Estimated Value and Security Deposits

The estimated annual investment value is set at USD 221,000 (two hundred and twenty-one thousand US dollars). Security deposit requirements are as follows:

• Provisional security deposit: 5% of the estimated annual value.
• Final security deposit: 10% of the awarded contract value.

Investment Duration and Bid Validity

The investment concession period is five years. Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of sixty days from the date of submission.

The tender dossier and conditions booklet are available at a price of 5,000 new Syrian pounds, obtainable from the Legal Department, Contracts Division, at the Homs Branch.
