The Quneitra Governorate Electricity Administration has announced an urgent internal tender, designated No. 2 for the year 2026, encompassing three electrical distribution projects across villages in the governorate.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the following three project components:

• Construction of a medium-voltage feeder for the Southern Al-Dawiyah Al-Kabirah transformer substation, including substation implementation and installation of the required low-voltage outlets.
• Construction of a medium-voltage feeder for the Western Tel Akhdar transformer substation, including substation implementation and installation of the required low-voltage outlets.
• Replacement of deteriorated wooden contra poles with lattice towers in the village of Koudneh.

Estimated Value and Contract Terms

The estimated value of the works is set at SYP 1,284,680,000. A provisional bond of 5% of the estimated value is required, with a final bond of 10% of the awarded contract value. The execution period is 40 calendar days, with payment processed through monthly progress certificates. The tender dossier is priced at SYP 3,000, and the defects liability period is one full year from the date of provisional handover.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be specialised in electrical network works and must submit an officially certified document demonstrating prior successful execution of similar medium-voltage network projects. Contractors must hold a valid classification of Grade Four or Five in the electrical works category. Offers may be submitted in person or through a duly authorised legal proxy.

Dossier Collection and Submission

Tender dossiers are available from the Financial Directorate, Contracts Office, located in the Administration building in Quneitra, Madinat al-Salam, Services District. Offers must be submitted to the Administration Registry from the publication date until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 23 August 2026. The envelope-opening session is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, 24 August 2026.
