The Latakia Governorate Electricity Directorate (General Electricity Company) has announced tender No. 94 of 2026, issued on an expedited (total-speed) basis, for the works required to lay medium-voltage cables supplying the Samiyah 1 and Samiyah 2 pumping stations.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the laying of medium-voltage cables needed to supply electricity to the two pumping stations. The execution period is set at 30 days, and the warranty period is one calendar year from the date of provisional handover.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated value: SYP 3,069,520.
• Preliminary guarantee: SYP 152,476.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value.
• Price of the tender documents: SYP 3,000.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be classified in the fifth or sixth grade for electrical works under the standards of the Ministry of Public Works. Bidders must also submit the required supporting documents and state their chosen domicile, failing which the bid is rejected.

The deadline for receiving bids is 2:00 on Wednesday, 11 November 2026. Bids will be opened at the directorate building at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 12 November 2026.
