Scope of Work

The General Electricity Company of Homs Governorate has announced an internal tender for 2026 covering the rehabilitation of a medium-voltage cable in the city of Al-Rastan, along the section connecting the Bayloun and Automatic Bakery distribution centers. All works are to be carried out in accordance with the company's approved legal, financial, and technical specifications.

Financial Values and Guarantees

The financial parameters of the tender are as follows:

• Estimated Value: SYP 18,317,970
• Provisional Guarantee: SYP 91,590
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value
• Delay Penalties: 0.001% of the total contract value per day of delay

Eligibility and Classification

Bidders must hold a professional classification of Category Four or Five in the field of electrical works. Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of ninety calendar days from the day following the offer submission deadline.

Execution Period and Timeline

The project execution period is set at thirty calendar days from the date of contract award. Offers must be submitted no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 2 August 2026. The tender session will be held on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Interested parties may obtain the project file from the Contracts Department at the company's general registry, for a fee of SYP 3,000.
